Machine is used for automatic packaging of PC Strand coils. Machine is designed for adapting after PC Production line. It is available for any modification upon your request. Main features of machine are listed as follows; • Machine is equiped with PLC control program which is used for automatic operation. • Parameters can be set on PLC for different dimensions and available for memorisation. • Packing tension is adjustable and packaging is more tight. • Machine is equiped with inverter controls for ring and roller speed adjusting. • Indicator alarms automatically signs when trouble occurs. • Holding arms are motorised for holding coils. • Frame up/down movements are motorised for adjusting according to different coils sizes. • Ring soft start and soft stop.. • All rotating parts are covered with plastic for protecting material. • Automatic centering. • All motors, electrical cabinet materials and plc parts are from Siemens.
