随着社交媒体的传播，原本影响力仅在福建范围内的游神如今声名远播，许多外省的人不远千里来到当地目睹盛况，由此游神也变成了一场巨大的民俗狂欢。也许我这样的说法对宗教敬虔的人是一种冒犯，但此刻实在想不出其它更恰当的词来形容，若引起非议，在此先行道歉！不过对我这个局外人而言，游神过程的震撼以及人声鼎沸的热闹场面都令我大开眼界！ With the spread of social media, the Youshen (a folk religious parade) which was originally only influential within Fujian Province, has now become widely known. Many people from other provinces travel thousands of miles to witness this grand occasion, and as a result, the Youshen has turned into a huge folk carnival. Perhaps my description may offend those who are devoutly religious, but at this moment I cannot think of a more appropriate term to describe it. If this causes any controversy, I would like to apologize in advance! However, as an outsider, the shock of the Youshen procession and the deafening noise of the lively scene have all broadened my horizons!
