Three-dimensional regenerative ambulatory phlebotherapy (TRAP) corrects hemodynamic hypertension of the venous circulation in the limbs, the anatomical cause of which is the valvular incontinence of the perforating veins. As venous pathology is three-dimensional, its treatment must also be three-dimensional.
