This dog had spent his life as a guard dog stationed in front of a deserted factory. For the first 11 years, he was confined inside the factory, tied up and isolated, with no room to move or interact. After that, he was moved outside but still tethered, exposed to the elements and left to endure the harsh conditions of the outdoors for the past 3 years. Seeing his weakened state the owner believing that his time was near, after 14 years of neglect and suffering, the owner had decided to let him outside, resigning to the belief that his fate was sealed. The dog was left in a pitiful condition, waiting in the cold and exposed, with no further care or compassionnfrom the one who had kept him so cruelly for years.
