When Jesus was born, our Blessed Mother and St. Joseph were the first to adore the Holy Face of Jesus. Veronica, during the passion of Jesus, broke through the mob and wiped Jesus' face. Tradition holds that Veronica's veil reveals to us, through a miraculous image, the face of Jesus. The veil is kept in St. Peter’s Basilica. We also have the Shroud of Turin as an object of devotion, revealing to us the Holy Face of Jesus.
