Manhunt underway after Darling Square hotel robbery | 7NEWS

Two armed robbers threatened staff with a screwdriver at the Novotel in Darling Square, Sydney, forcing two 31-year-old workers into a back-room office before stealing a small safe containing minimal valuables. The suspects fled in a beige Volvo station wagon, registration CJZ08Z, which was reported stolen from Stanmore on March 23rd. Police have released security footage and are investigating whether the same offenders are responsible for both the vehicle theft and the hotel robbery.
