Well, you lot have only gone and done it again! Last week I had a torrid time in the iRacing Falken Tyre GT4 Challenge, but so many of you got in touch with really helpful tips and advice. You pretty much all said the same thing… that I was trying to drive in iRacing as if it was ACC. And you were absolutely right. ACC requires you to be really aggressive on the pedals and wheel, but that approach just doesn’t work with this Porsche GT4 in iRacing. You told me to be a bit more gentle on the pedals, and much smoother with my steering. Well, guess what? It’s worked a treat! I can’t believe how much faster I am here at Hockenheim this week. I’ve even managed to qualify P3, and my lap time of 1.46.5 is competitive. Really competitive. I’m only a couple of tenths off pole, and I know I’ve got a bit more pace in me. I really do think I can challenge for the win here. Can I get it done?
