A couple of weeks ago someone from the YouTube community by the name of "Nhi Tran", recommended that I watch this drama. After waiting for it to be fully subbed, I finally watched it. And oh dear lord, I loved this drama.. More than I would've thought. On the surface this looks like a drama of war and politics but thankful it was more of romance. I was super stoked to start this drama, I was literally jumping up and down as I microwaved food in preparation to start the first episode. I tried to cram 46 episodes of issues into a 3 min video.. Yikes. I loved the scenery that was shot in this drama, it was all very beautiful and vibrant. I have to say though that some of the sword fight scenes come off as obviously fake. At some points the sword didn't even come close in contact and the extras are already acting like they're in a great deal of pain. Kind of disappointed by that aspect because this drama is suppose to be BIG on fight scenes and war. I did, however, liked that it was a sad story! I love sad stories.. I can't believe I almost cried in episode 2 because of a horse story. Yes, I said 'horse'. I ALMOST cried.. okay? Lol I'll try to make a more romantic, lovey dovey video for this series some time next weekish? Next up, I'm watching Swordsman.
