This video shows the Slitmaster SLM. The Slitmaster SLM is specially designed for cutting potatoes into fries and/or slices. This machine always cuts the longest possible fries from each potato, minimizing waste and pieces that are too short. The reason for this is the unique design of the rotor. Then the disc is cut into French fries by the knife roller set. The machine is easy to use and service. The quick-relesease system makes changing the knife roller set possible within a minute. The machine is largely constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine is also equipped with a plastic rotor, magnetic switches and an emergency stop circuit. The rotational speed of the rotor and knife roller set is adjustable with the frequency controller. This allows peeled and unpeeled products to be processed.
