Here it is, the trip report you all have been waiting for. I flew home on an American Eagle CRJ 900 from Flagstaff, AZ to Phoenix, AZ. These videos were much better than the last time I flew from FLG-PHX in October 2019. Here are some things to point out. -This airport has free parking. So far, the only three airports I've seen in all of Arizona without free parking is PHX, IWA, and TUS. -I found out that there is actually a seating area with a viewing area on the 2nd floor. I had no idea, since I've never seen anyone go up to the 2nd floor. I thought it was an employee floor. -This aircraft was so much better than the aircraft they gave us on the way to Flagstaff. The windows were clean. -I am so happy Flagstaff Airport still has the beeps before announcements. So far, Flagstaff and Mesa are the only airports in the state with a sound before announcements. -I found it so unusual that they would start the engines on a regional jet while pushing back. Usually, they are started after pushback. -The view of Flagstaff taking off is so nice. This made up for the last time when I landed and the video got cut short due to the Galaxy S9 heating up. I got what I missed. -The landing in Phoenix was just so beautiful. I was lucky to have flown right over the skyline. It felt like landing in Dallas Love Field. -I was hoping we would pull into Gate B15A, but it ended up being Gate B17. -It was kind of funny because I was the only person who got off in Phoenix. My bag was the only bag on the baggage claim. -I hope you all enjoy seeing what exiting Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport looks like. -For the Sunday after Thanksgiving Day, the airport was so empty. Usually, you are shoulder to shoulder with people. The emptiness was due to COVID-19. I hope you all enjoy.
