A conveyor belt transports the carboys to the buffer zone, where a pneumatic cylinder interrupts the movement. A singularization system, equipped with a horizontal pneumatic axis and a set of grippers, directs the carboy to the label insertion module. The stretch sleeve is unrolled by a pulling system and directed to a matrix that opens it and shapes it as desired. A vertical axis pulls the stretch sleeve in a downwards motion, detaching the label from the sleeve by the perforation and applying it into the carboy. The carboy is finally transported from the singularization zone to the exit of the equipment and reintroduced into the production line, creating a buffer with labelled packages. Um sistema de singularização, composto por eixo horizontal pneumático e um conjunto de garras, direciona o garrafão para a módulo de inserção do rótulo. A manga tipo stretch sleeve é desenrolada por um sistema de puxo e encaminhada para uma matriz de abertura dando forma à manga. A manga é então puxada por um conjunto de garras aplicadas num eixo vertical elétrico no sentido descendente, destacando o rótulo pelo picotado e aplicando-o no garrafão. O garrafão é transportado da zona de singularização para a saída do equipamento e reintroduzido na linha de produção.
