AppStorage in SwiftUI allows us to save and get data for our application in between app launches. We'll first of all look at how we can use User Defaults in Swift to save the state of a light bulb when we close and open up our application, using the SwiftUI life cycle events. After we finish doing that we'll then look at how to use AppStorage in SwiftUI to clean up our code and only handle saving to user defaults on one line and also listen to updates to changes too.
