I try to go fast wherever I can, to keep video time down and to keep things interesting, but I do however go out of my way to get useful items, and I don't do any really difficult or crazy tricks. I'm basically showing a fast and easy way anyone can beat this game on the highest difficulty. Nightmare difficulty in this game means: All health packs are removed from the game (except those rare wall-mounted healthkits) Your health constantly drops to 25hp (5hp every 5 seconds or so) Enemies do a lot of damage You get the Soul Cube from at start of the game Level specific notes: This level is pretty short and easy, just use the soulcube on the arch-viles and chaingun commandos.
