If you have hooded eyes, small eyes or are not blessed with youtube GURU eye shape you'll know that whenever you do eyeliner it never looks the same as when the Guru's do it. The reason is that you have a unique eye shape. With hooded eyes or small eyes you have very limited (or no) lid space. So whenever you line your eyes you're taking away all lid space making it look like you just have black eyeshadow on! Not the goal. With this technique were showing you how to line your eyes with the triple tight line technique.
