For the first time since Aaftab Poonawalla was taken into police custody in the ‘Shraddha Walker Murder’ case, the main accused has finally spoken. Although he did not confess to the murder, Poonawalla stated that his actions were all in the ‘heat of the moment’. The police custody has been extended to 4 days after which, he will be transferred to judicial custody on Saturday, November 26, 2022. Till now, the police have gathered ample evidence to prove Poonawalla’s involvement particularly, the jaw which is now being examined via digital forensic services.
