Project Pan 2025 - My Makeup Challenge Begins! 💄✨ Welcome to my Project Pan journey! I started this challenge on June 1st and I'm working to completely finish all of my makeup products by the end of this year (and possibly continuing into next year - we'll see how it goes!). In this intro video, I'm sharing all the products I'll be working through and my approach to this challenge. My goal is simple: use up everything completely and replace items only as I finish them. No strict rules, just focusing on being more intentional with my makeup collection and seeing how much I can actually get through! What is Project Pan? Project Pan is a beauty challenge where you commit to using up specific products completely before moving on to new ones. It's a great way to be more mindful about your collection and get the most out of what you already own.
