Odd frames the layout is 4X 4 X 4 The ball hooks a little earlier and rolls more forward through the pins. Even frames the layout is 2 x 6 x 5. The ball hooks later but continues through the pins more. I was throwing both balls from the same line. Most noticeable was the even frames where the ball hooked too late and frames 7 and 8 where you could really see the difference as I got the ball near the same break point. You could also see the stronger 4 X 4 X 4 layout roll out in the 1st and 5th frame before hitting the head pin.
