This episode is about the step by step procedure of How To Make Piaya Of Bacolod... A muscovado-filled unleavened flatbread especially common in Negros Occidental where it is a popular delicacy. It is made by filling dough with a mixture of muscovado and flour, pan grilled to make the crust crispy and gooey filling.
