Today I’m showing off two new honey farm slices, and what is at the time of making this video the most lag efficient honey farm design for Minecraft Java Edition 1.16. New honey farm slice designs lock the bottom hopper, saving up to 2 MSPT on my computer for a 1,728 beehive farm. The farm consists of six, 288 hive modules which each yield about 3,735~ honey bottles per hour. Combining all six modules together yields about 22,400~ honey bottles per hour with a total of 1,728 beehives. While I didn’t cover it in the video, you could also use this farm for honeycomb if you upgrade the collection to handle the 3X increase in items. If you decide to build this, you should build it in the nether for maximum efficiency, and chunk align the build the same as in the world download if you wish to use the portal chunk loader to keep the farm active without a player nearby.
