How to fix the stuck zoom on a Canon EF-S 17-85mm lense

This video is a tutorial on repairing an all-too-common problem with the Canon EF-S 17-85mm zoom lens, the zoom function fails. I'm not a pro, and this is the only lens I've repaired, but I figured if I can do it, this might help someone else, too! However, I recommend trying this only if you're good with taking things apart and putting back together and can see and handle pretty little stuff! Technical note: it was after I had the lens apart and knew I'd fixed it that I decided to make this video. I recorded myself putting it back together, then reversed video clips as I edited making it look like it was being disassembled. You'll note some awkward-looking finger motions because of this!! Also, there's some verbal information at the end that is not illustrated which deals with re-assembly of the focus mechanism--it's important!
