General Store Richloam Wildlife Management Area and Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve

After a couple of days at Disney eating too much and sitting by the pool, we headed to check out a Central Florida Landmark - the Richloam General Store and Post Office in the middle of the Richloam Wildlife Management Area. Riding the trails in this WMA, part of which is also considered the Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve, was a blast! Deep mud, sandy trails, wildlife, we even saw some people in the middle of an off-road race. Richloam WMA is a great place to visit, I highly recommend that you check it out if you are ever in the area. And the General Store is awesome. 19th and Early 20th century soft drinks and other goods. Forget Cracker Barrel. Go support this family owned store that has been operated by the same family for more than four generations. The #RumRunner did great on the trails and got us back home safe and sound afterward.
