Meghann Patten, 26, from Bury, Greater Manchester, was allegedly grabbed by her neck when she confronted a man who she claims had cut up her mum, Allyson, 53, twice while driving her home in nearby Radcliffe on Sunday [22 Sept] at around 4.15pm. The shopkeeper had spent the day with her mum, but claims she was thrown into the violent exchange when the driver of a silver Audi TT dangerously overtook stay at home mum of four Allyson, who responded by flashing her lights.
