It's been a while since my last bikepacking trip, which was also my maiden voyage camping with my bike. But I finally got Pete back out for another adventure, this time to Savernake Forest. I planned the two routes out and back, found a selection of campsites, ordered the perfect weather for the weekend and got myself ready. Pete had one job, book us a campsite, but had he? Um! No! He seemed a little more laid back about it, than I was and had even packed toilet roll, just in case!! So this might end being my first wild camping trip!!
