64 Commodore: A Little History, A LOT of Commodores - S01E00 - Pilot

Take a sneak peek at a brand new series about commodore computers - 64 Commodore. In this series we will restore and explore the stories and history of Commodore computers and the people who used them. 64 Commodore is intended to be focused more on stories with the repairs being summarized (in most cases) by focusing on the puzzle each repair presents rather than the technical bits like how to solder or clean a keyboard. The 64 machines presented here just represent the core 64 machines we will track through the first seasons but others can, and will, be seen here as well. We will also maintain a running record of the machines we have restored and the statistics regarding what they needed. Of course, the vast majority of the machines seen here are from the Stone collection with the exception of the Amigas which are mostly from a local TV station and were presented to me by a friend from our users group from back in the day (ESAUG - Eugene-Springfield Amiga Users Group) MY CURRENT PLANS FOR SEASON ONE The following episodes are on my planner for season one but may change (I'm sure they will change but the top ones are in production or research stages) The evolution of the commodore 64 over the years (5-6 C64 Restorations) A Commodore 128 restoration extreme The VIC-20 Story (4 Vic 20s?) When I found out that they plan to introduce seasons and episodes to videos this year I immediately wanted to try it out.
