This is the full stream footage from the -10 difficulty stream and I know there are MANY questions on what is happening: ~ What even is this mod? Every AI in the game has a difficulty modifier when they are loaded that tells the game how accurate they are, how much health they have, what their reaction speed is, and how fast they shoot. In the vanilla game, this can range from 15, being the lowest, to 1 being the highest. We recently found out however you could put this modifier as low or high as you would like. In this case we put it at -10 and it turned out to be the perfect difficulty increase for story mode and a great challenge. ~ What has changed? ALL enemies are set to -10 difficulty. Object bosses (Siberia, Robot Factory) are the only unmodified enemies as they are objects and not under the same umbrealla the others are. Enemies have anywhere from 2-3 times as much health compared to hard story, reaction speed is near frame perfect (I think its like 2 frames), accuracy is at about 95% (some bullets still miss), and fire rate is about 10 times as fast. Enemies take 2 headshots to kill if at full health, but still die in 1 back punch. ~ I dont want to watch the full stream, can you make a video for each level? Yes. ~ Can I try out the mod? Ill have the mod file in my discord as a pinned message in the modding channel so you can download it and install it at your leisure. ~ Can the difficulty go higher? Yes. a lower modifier would result in the enemies having stats that seem to scale on a curve rather than a line. We did try seeing what happens when the number goes as low as it can go, video on that soon.
