Our company was built on flat goods and our premier product is a precision cast sheet that comes standard at 38.5" by 122.5". From there, we can make a sheet that's 0.010 inches thick. We can make a sheet that's 3/8" think, ± 0.0050. And that's a level of precision that beats anyone else in this business. Our urethane sheet products can be made to a wide variety of specifications: Custom Urethane Sheet Thickness We can make a polyurethane sheet that’s highly precise in its thickness. Our material is not matched by any other urethane supplier or polyurethane sheet manufacturer, as far as we are aware. No one that we know of can get up to ± 0.010. But on a special order, we can do ± 0.0010! We have several machines at the ready to fill orders in a timely manner. We also do open cast poured sheets, and those tolerances range from ± 0.030. And depending on thickness and width, it will go up to ± 0.060. Custom Urethane Sheet Sizes and Capabilities We can also create custom urethane sheet orders in custom sizes. We can start at 1/8" inch and go up to any thickness you’d like. If you want 9.5 ft by 14 inches wide, 3/16" thick, blue, 60 durometer, and you only want four pieces, we’re your guy! If you want a metal forming pad that is 18x48x120" and it weights 3000 pounds, we can do that too. Custom Urethane Sheet Colors We have the gamut of colors: black, red, yellow, orange, green, blue, fluorescent orange, and more. If you have a specific formula, we can do that for you as well. Custom Urethane Sheet for Dye Cutters Our sheeting is sought out by dye cutters simply because they can use it to cut specific seals or gaskets. If somebody wants something custom, but they don’t want a mold, you can buy sheet material and have it dye cut or water jet cut or we can do that for you as well. Custom Urethane Sheet for FDA Polyurethane Applications We can also make a custom urethane sheet that is FDA approved for wet and dry applications. We have other special formulas depending on the specification our standards are held to a whole different level depending on our classifications.
