If you love the viral Boursin orzo bake, you need to try this version! I’ve made a few simple swaps—adding chicken and bone broth for extra nutrients and swapping sun-dried tomatoes for roasted red peppers—to make it even tastier and easier. Plus, I use a disposable pan for zero cleanup. Let me know in the comments: What’s your favorite way to tweak a recipe to make it easier or more delicious? I’d love to hear your favorite swaps! Brousin Orzo Bake a la Larissa To a 9x13 oven safe pan, add: 1 Boursin 2 cups orzo 1 to 2 cups roasted red peppers 2 to 4 TBSP oil from roasted red peppers 4 cups chicken stock with 3 TBSP bone broth powder added ½ tsp each basil and oregano Cover pan with foil and bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Remove foil cover and mix to incorporate Boursin. Add 1 ½ to 2 cups cheese (I used approx 1 ½ cups mozzarella and ½ cup parmesan). Stir a few times to incorporate. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Continue to stir and check how much liquid is left every 10 to 15 minutes, until all liquid is incorporated. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving with a salad. ⭐️ Best Unflavoured Bone Broth: https://amzn.to/3Fcb5LO // FREE EMAIL SIGNUP: https://theconcussioncrew.com/contact/ // CONTACT: Reach out via email to [email protected] // ABOUT THE CREW Welcome to a space where life becomes a little easier, one step at a time.
