VOLTAS 5th March 2025, Dear Valued Customers, Voltas is pleased to launch 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty Promo Offer, across its Room AC Range for purchases done through our Offline Channel for the period 5th March 2025 to 30th June 2025. A. Presently, all our Inverter Air conditioners are with standard Warranty of 10 Year Warranty on Inverter Compressor (1st Year on the entire AC Unit). For Fixed Speed Air Conditioners, the standard warranty applicable is 5 Year on the Fixed Speed Compressors (1" Year on the entire AC Unit). B. Standard Warranty means 'Repair/replacement of any part of the AC found defective, subject to the confirmation of the technical experts appointed by Voltas Limited or its authorized service partner, due to faulty material or workmanship. It excludes all types of air filters, all plastic and metal part and remote handset and defect caused due to improper maintenance of the product or any use contrary to the operations specified in user's manual supplied with the Product. C. Voltas Limited, shall at its sole discretion, repair or replace such defective products or parts thereof. Voltas Limited reserves the right, at its discretion, to replace any defective part with a substitute without affecting the performance of the Product. All parts removed by Voltas Limited shall be the property of Voltas Limited. In the event Voltas Limited carries out repairs or replacement of any part during the said Warranty Period, the warranty shall thereafter continue only, for the remaining period of the warranty. D. 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty promo offer, means extension of the warranty period to a total of 60 months or 5 years from the date of installation, for those customers who purchase Voltas Split & Window ACs (Inverter or Fixed Speed) of tonnage from 0.6Tr up to 2Tr from 5th March 2025 to 30th June 2025. 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty Promo Offer is applicable for purchases done through Voltas Offline Channel, only & for customers using Voltas ACs in residential usage. This offer does not apply to commercial applications (Shops, Offices, Hospitals, Hotels, etc) or for Institutional customers. E. This offer will be strictly applicable only if Installation, Extended Warranty Registration & Service are availed through Voltas Limited authorized Sales & Service Partner. All Voltas Channel sales partners must ensure that product installation is done through installation service request raised with Voltas Limited. It is recommended to retain proof of sale (GST Invoice) during the 5 Year comprehensive warranty promo offer, for avalling this offer. The 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty promo offer, covers comprehensively all repairs, rectification, or replacement of Components like PCB, Blower Motor, Swing motor, Fan Motor, Evaporator Coil, Condenser coil, Compressor, Sensor. Defective parts shall be replaced with a functionally working repaired or equivalent part. The 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty promo offer excludes all types of air filters, all plastic and metal parts, remote handset, Labor and gas charging. G. Gas charging associated with Compressor / Evaporator coil / Condenser coil needs to be paid by customer as per applicable rates. However, in such scenario, the visit charges will be deducted from gas charging charges. Customers will be mailed a 60-month Warranty Registration letter. The 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty promo offer, will not be applicable for installations in areas prone to corrosion. This will be informed at the time of installation and in such cases the Promo warranty Registration letter will not be issued. Customers are advised to avail two Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) per year as per applicable PMS rates in force. This will ensure product efficiency and a longer life of the product. H. Voltas Limited shall not be liable or be deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control including delay in repairing due to non-availability of any component or accessory, labour problem, restrictions and regulations of the government, public movement, war and any unavoidable circumstances.
