Battle of the Weeds - Farming in Ecuador

Battle of the weeds. It may not sound therapeutic, but in a weird way, weeding on my farm in Ecuador is a form of meditation for me. It clears my mind, and I just focus on the task at hand and movement of my body. It's also great exercise. And so, I spent a day in the rain high up in the Andes Mountains pulling weeds and enjoying the fresh air and sounds of nature and the frogs, insects, and birds all sang their songs. I may have overdone it a little, because two days later I'm still sore and recovering, but I'm happy I got so much work done.
