You see, Sora, as they call it, can instantly create videos up to a minute long, just from simple text prompts or even a still image. And the results are pretty convincing. In fact, some think they're scarily convincing. You see, only a year ago, this is what AI videos looked like. And the speedy development in tech has some experts pretty worried. Some say it could mean big changes to jobs in the TV, film and video game industry, while others are worried it'll make it difficult to tell the difference between what's real and what's fake, which could have massive impacts on news and misinformation. At the moment, Open AI is still safety testing Sora, so it's not available to the general public, and they still aren't quite sure if they'll ever release it. But, its got a lot of people thinking about what it might mean for the future.
