Hello and welcome to Sunset Seekers! We are so very honored that you stopped by to check out this video! The purpose of this video is to give you a tour of this awesome little travel trailer made by Grand Design! It's a 17MKE model and one of the nicest and most well-equipped travel trailers that we have ever seen in this class and weight range! The 17MKE is 21 feet long and has a dry weight of just over 4700 pounds so you can tow this rig with just about anything (but a half ton pickup truck is still your best option for towing this trailer in our opinion)! This won't be a very lengthy tour where we cover the outside and inside in great detail but just a brief look at the some of the highlights that this rig has to offer!! If you are new to RV's or you find yourself in the market for a new RV--let me just tell you that you should definitely consider putting Grand Design on your list. I'm not a spokesman for Grand Design, I don't actually even own a Grand Design RV (although my next upgrade just might be). Grand Design has a reputation for higher build quality and you'll find certain things that come standard on a Grand Design that you won't find on every RV of comparable class and size! We have toured literally hundreds of RVs over the years and we can tell you from personal experience that the Grand Design RVs that we have toured have always lived up to that reputation! The 17 MKE is no exception! This little trailer is loaded with extras that would be hard to find on a travel trailer of this size, starting with an electric tongue jack, Lippert Schwintex Slide System, a powered awning that covers almost the entire length of the rig, Goodyear Endurance tires on alloy rims, 2--20 pound propane tanks, theater seating with heat and massage, loads of counter space, and so much more!!
