I wanted to address this since the first time I had a defective device from Cake but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and it just kept happening. I wish I had kept all the defective devices rather than just two but I think you guys get the idea of it, this is not an issue with the dispensary either because from two different locations the disposables had some sort of malfunction, some not as bad as others but still not good for a product to have the hardware fail as much. Issues ranged from the device straight up not turning on, to coil overheating for some reason and causing a burnt taste, even when the device was fairly new. Yes, these disposables are on the cheaper side, I understand that. I can get these for about $25 out the door on certain days at my local dispensary, however, it does not justify the lack of warning with disposables that brands are most likely already aware of failing, I am sure the owners of Dispos are not happy with selling disposables that fail due to high return rates. But to all of this, have any of you guys had issues with the cake disposables? I am curious to know your experience since it is the first time I encounter a brand that is all over California dispensaries and keeps coming out with new batches before fixing the hardware. Shoutout Off The Charts for replacing my faulty devices, after these last two I decided to not give them any trouble and not even try to return them.
