These are the perfect summer muffins, filled with strawberries and lemon! Amazon Storefront ~ for all baking essentials! https://www.amazon.ca/shop/bakeitsimple Ingredients - 2 cups flour 1/2 cup white sugar 1 tbsp baking powder Zest of one lemon 1/3 cup melted butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup milk Juice of one lemon 1 cup chopped strawberries 240 grams flour 100 grams white sugar 14 grams baking powder Zest of one lemon 75 grams melted butter 1 egg 3 grams salt 5 ml vanilla 177 ml milk Juice of one lemon 168 grams chopped strawberries 1. In a large bowl stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and lemon zest. 2. Make a well in center and add all the rest of the ingredients (except strawberries) 3.
