Lemonhart Lemonhead 1.5 oz Lemonhart 80 Rum 1.5 oz Sweet and Sour .5 oz Simple Syrup (or to desired sweetness) Start by rimming a Mai Tai glass with sugar followed by squeezing 4-5 fresh lemon quarters and dropping spent lemons into glass along with a small scoop of crushed ice. Build drink in glass and stir with bar spoon when finished. Garnish with pineapple wedge speared with a cherry.
