DTIC accused of not paying film and television producers incentives on time

The Independent Producer's Organisation says the Department of Trade and Industry has not paid some producers their incentive funding since 2023. Its chairperson, Tshepiso Chikapa-Phiri, says there have also not been meetings with the DTIC's adjudication committee to finalise applications for funding for the Film and Television Production industry.
