Anjali, the 20-year-old woman who died after her scooty was hit by a car and was dragged for about 12 km in Delhi, had fought with her friend Nidhi, according to fresh CCTV footage of the moments before the accident. In the footage, Anjali and Nidhi can be seen coming out of a hotel and then getting into an argument over something.
