Let’s welcome James Groh, from TMJ4. (It’s one of the leading television news channels in Milwaukee)He’s an artist, a digital multimedia journalist, and above all a great person! Brief introduction about the Guest: James is from the San Francisco Bay Area. He went to Chico State before moving to the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Further, he graduated with a degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism. After completing his degree, James worked as a general assignment reporter in Buffalo for a brief period of time. Later on, he moved to Milwaukee. At present, James focuses on innovating the way we tell stories for a modern audience. James aims to break the traditional news mold and meet viewers in a fresh and engaging manner. Here’s a sneak peek from our conversation: James and I talk about several interesting things in this video. Through this episode, we had a chance to walk down memory lane. That said, I would like to share one of the best instances here. I had an opportunity to be a part of James's new series titled, ‘My Block Series.’ This new series throws light on some of the amazing neighborhoods of Milwaukee through the eyes of the people who know them best. Apart from this, I have collaborated with James on several other small and creative projects(that focus on campaigns against social injustice, youth development, and positivity) and podcast episodes.
