This staple of Lebanese cuisine is an easy dish that can feed a small to large group of people. Ingredients 1 lb. Ground Beef 2.5 cups Basmati Rice Sprinkle Steak and Chop Seasoning Cover Ground Beef 2 tsp Ground All Spice 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 2 tsp Ground Cardamom 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Black Pepper 2 TB Olive Oil (Coat the Pan) 3 TB Butter or Smart Balance to toast Almonds Slivered Almonds Ingredients for Boiled Chicken 12 Chicken (Drumsticks or Thighs) Small Onion 2 tsp. Salt 2 tsp Pepper 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon *Spices used on the shredded chicken: Steak and Chop Blend by First Street.
