We're here today to show you a new listing, this is a 50-foot tiara Coupe it's a 2014. She's powered with Volvo IPS 950 series come on aboard let's have a look. We've got a table with some nice lounge seating, you've got your aft facing seats. These also have storage underneath. You've got two entry doors port and starboard very large swim platform. It's hydraulic, so you can launch a tender or use this for diving or swimming. We also have a big trunk area with lots of storage here and in here we have a kenyan electric grill. Also here on the aft deck we have an electric sunshade that extends out. We've got some recessed speakers and lighting and an opening glass sliding door for the salon. When we move into the salon area, one of the nice features here is the galley is aft so with these doors open and all the seating outside it makes for a great entertaining area. You can entertain your guests without going through the salon to get to your galley and it just makes it really nice for entertaining. We've got wood floors, there's plenty of cabinetry, lots of drawers. We've got microwave, stainless steel sink, and upper cabinetry. On the starboard side, we have more counter space, we've got stainless steel drawer type refrigeration. In the cabinet here we have a stainless-steel ice maker. You have everything you need here at your fingertips. Okay as we move forward, we go up a couple steps here to the main salon area. Got a very nice sofa, a folding table which actually drops down and this makes for a sleeping area as well. Over to the starboard side we've got a tv that retracts. This is your main breaker panel, everything's very easy to access. Got the wood flooring as well, we've got an aft facing seat which this actually slides back and the back swaps so that you can sit and face forward so it's very nice feature. The starboard side we have the helm area, got a very nice stid chair also has controls for your electronics and the armrest. You've got your joystick control for your ips system, leather covered steering wheel and garmin electronics. So above we have a retractable sunroof let's go down the companionway and we'll see what the staterooms look like down here. We've got two staterooms, forward is the VIP and this has a scissor type layout so you can use this as separate beds or swing it together and it makes a full queen. Each stateroom has accessories. You've got tv and lighting, reading lights and overhead lights laid out very nicely easy to get to. Wide swinging open doors and you also have access to the shared head. Okay as we move aft, midway here we've got a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a nice vanity with plenty of cabinetry very easy to access and super convenient between the two staterooms. All the way aft is the master. So this is a full beam master, it's midship so we have a full king master bed, plenty of cabinetry hanging locker, flat screen tv, a nice settee here for your morning paper and coffee, and again more drawers and cabinetry. The master has its own head, full head with walk-in shower which access is here. We're up on the bow of the 50 Tiara Coupe. As you can see we've got a really nice sun pad here, you've got deck hatches, the walk-arounds are nice and wide and easy to access. Up on the hard top you've got your garmin radar and uh m5 satellite tv dome. Up here forward this is all stainless hardware we've got a nice locker for your windlass remote spotlight. Everything that you need here. Okay so here we have the main access for your engine room, again we've got the twin Volvo IPS 950s, we've got a 13.5 kilowatt generator, everything's really easy to get to nice access.
