Leaving from Bauline Newfoundland we head out onto the Atlantic Ocean in search of gathering some mussels to eat from the coast. Going through some rough chop and big waves we make it around Cape St. Francis and find some shelter. After some searching we find what we are looking for and head back to the shore for a boil up. Come enjoy a wonderful meal of boiled muscles, washed down with bunchberry leaf tea that we foraged on site overlooking the Newfoundland coastline as we share every step of the day with you.
