In this video, we are replacing a faulty turbo on a Toyota RAV4 D-4D engine. It was a relatively easy job—I’d rate it a 5.5/10. It was just a couple of bolts and a few annoying heat shields, but overall, it was a straightforward fix. Always be careful and try to figure out why the turbo failed in the first place, as they usually don't fail without a reason. In our case, the issue was a clogged oil feed pipe. To address this, we replaced both the turbo and the oil feed pipe.
