Most Mario Party 8 Minigames Ranked Part 1

The tier list for Mario Party 8 is finally here! Sorry this took a while to release, I have been busy recently and I have been getting a bit lazy editing this video. The minigames were recorded immediately after MP7's tier list released, however. As usual, here are my explanations: 65. This minigame is abysmal, with the WORST reaction time of all time since the controls are super delayed. It's basically Banana Shake from MP6 except in this one it's a four player minigame AND a duel minigame so you could lose a star over this awful minigame. 64. Awful premise, shouldn't be a duel minigame, and it isn't fair for casual players. 63. Another luck based minigame. The worst one in the game, but it is ranked higher than the previous two since it's a pretty typical luck based game and doesn't have bad controls or the worst premise imaginable. I still really hate it though. 62. Suddenly back to luck based minigames in battle... yay. Not really and it isn't fair. Also you can't tie when there are two ropes left, why? 61. Honestly like the premise of this minigame a lot more but it has BAD execution since they made it entriely luck based unfortunately. 60. This one has awful controls, and it's the main reason this is ranked really low. 59. I really don't like this one. It should be so the person who actually hit the icicle with the gem gets to keep the gem, not have it randomly fall somewhere before somebody picks it up. Really annoying minigame. 58. The three players win this minigame everytime. There is literally NO space for the one player to dodge (and the time limit is way too long as well). 57. Once again another minigame with poor controls and it's confusing in a way. You get punished for going too fast but at the same time I lose because it's one of the worst racing minigames in Mario Party history? Yeah I call bs on that one. 56. Once you get to the safe zone you should be able to get the football in. I don't think we should have to get on the ground before being able to get the football in, not to mention how boring it is. At least I like the intro music. 55. The controls in this one REALLY don't work at all. Had this been a more common minigame I'd rank it near last. 54. Confusing and unfair. Glad I rarely play it. 53. The most boring minigame in the game. It's so boring it's placement explanation is just as boring. 52. Not THAT luck based but it still has a ton of flaws. 51. The balls fall too quickly for me to have any enjoyment with this minigame. 50.
