Two (incomplete) recordings of Steve Mason's legendary radio show on BFBS. Many big Hardtrance (when it still had class) and other genre classics. Mostly uptempo. Hehe, cool. No copyright infringement is intended! This is to preserve and support nearly forgotten music and artists. It's not the complete shows, so most of the talking and some of the played tracks are missing. Sometimes empty tapes were "in short supply", so one had to choose which tracks one would keep to safe recording space. As you will hear, the recording is in MONO. It's not faulty, just the way it was transmitted from the BFBS radio station in those years. Don't forget: Those were the times of pure vinyl mixing, without „cue points“ or „sync buttons“, no need for an „awareness team“, no „Tiki“ code word, no concrete bollards around christmas markets (which were called just t h a t) and block parties and without a lot of other crap we have to deal with now...
