As part of what will likely be a flood of birthday tributes to former U.S. President Bill Clinton, Kevin is in character as House of Cards Machiavellian U.S. congressman turned vice president Frank Underwood. During the video, the actor makes a prank phone call to Hillary pretending to be her husband. Hillary does not fall for the disguised voice and Kevin's identity is revealed.
