Nellie herself is a sweet and accommodating woman who has the needs of her customers as her sole interest at heart. She offers customization on each of her pieces if she has not been overbooked; if requests for customization exceed her capability (she is the only one doing the customizations on each wig), the site will have a note stating that. I've had her Madison wig for a year and it has held up fabulously.
