This video tutorial walks through the features and capabilities for Audio Elements in JavaScript within the context of building a web media player. NOTE: that there are a couple of 8-10 second segments that had to be muted due to copyright claims on the audio track that was playing. 19:48-19:57, 33:23-33:33, and 33:45-33:53. During the first segment I mention that the timeupdate event is updating the time display while playing. During the second one I mention that we are updating a straight line across the middle.
