She attended medical school at Rutgers, and residency at Temple University Hospital and is a boarded Anesthesiologist with a subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine. Motivated by her mother who suffered with intractable pain at the end of her life and responded paradoxically to opiates, Dr. Kimless became a passionate champion for medical cannabis. Dr. Kimless traveled the world studying under the most respected experts in cannabis medicine and research. In addition to being the Medical Director of ForwardGro a medical cannabis cultivation company in Maryland, Dr. Kimless teaches the endocannabinoid system and how medical cannabis can be an effective therapeutic tool. Studies have also demonstrated that a whole food plant only diet also contributes to cancer treatment through apoptosis and anti-proliferation. We will discuss these mechansims of action and share case studies combining both diet and cannabis as either an alternative or complementary treatment.
