Abandoned Crown Inn Motel & Denny's Restaurant

In another classic deserted location off of an highway exit ramp, this decaying restaurant and motel were something that I couldn't resist checking out. It seems to me that I remember activity at the hotel much more recently, but because signs in the window claimed the date of closure to be around August 2012, that probably makes sense. It was in very good shape all around but through the windows, it seemed quite a bit of damage had occurred at one time. Surprising that the location closed being that it was one of the only motels for several exits. The restaurant was a completely different story. It looked like it had been abandoned for YEARS. The decay inside was just tremendous and it blew me away to see that it was up for lease by Bowling Green's Greenbriar agency. I doubt anyone is gonna be leasing that place out again besides a demo company. All in all, this was an interesting exploration in a busy but sheltered location, leaving it with a certain kind of forlorn and creepy vibe. Thanks for watching.
