Protein Smoothie Packs: 1 cup frozen fruit 1/2 scoop protein powder 1 cup spinach greens Place in ziplock and freeze. To make smoothie dump into blender, add 1/2 - 1 cup orange juice, bend and enjoy! Add water or ice as needed Sausage in a Blanket: Dough 3/4 cup warm water 2 tsp dry active yeast 1 tbls of honey (mix and rest until yeast get foamy about 10 minutes) Add 1.5 tbls melted butter 1/8 cup honey 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 3 cups flour Combine with a dough hook and then knead by hand for 10 minutes Let rise in bowl for 1 hour, then roll out dough and cut into triangles.
