2 Man Scourge of the Past Full Raid | Destiny 2

As the text in the video says, GG to my partner, Chevy, and to everyone who theory crafted to help make the entrance possible with two players. This was something that Chevy and I had been talking about for weeks now. We always kinda knew the potential was there, but it just seemed so damn tight to be realistic for a while. It was only until Chevy had the idea of slamming BOTH batteries from the first Berserker that ideas started sprouting. Then we decided to mimic that plan with Berserker three, and BOOM! It works out nicely. As for the weird "infinite res" glitch that you see after we beat the first encounter: That happens when you complete it as the timer goes off. As long as you successfully slam the final battery and open the chest, the game will grant you the next checkpoint. However, the game also glitches out and puts you in a never ending death loop. The only way to pass this is to return to orbit and fly back down. We weren't sure if our completion counted at first, but after flying back in, we noticed that we were at the next checkpoint and could advance forward. This is 100% a successful 2 man completion of the first encounter, we just had to bypass a weird bug. The only other part of the raid that we had actually 2 manned before was the final boss. We kinda improved phase one of the boss and pulled off a first try one phase haha. We had a nice laugh. We were really rusty and made a few dumb mistakes on the boss, so I just edited to the final boss kill. If you really must, you can go back into my Twitch VOD and watch the failed attempts. Anyways, this makes Scourge of the Past the very first raid in Destiny 2 that can be 2 manned from beginning to end! Pretty cool, seeing as three of the four raids from Destiny 1 satisfied this same thing. Hope you enjoy and have a great day!
